Using YakoPlan
These terms govern use of YakoPlan, a planning service provided by Yakoru AB. You may use the service if you can enter a binding agreement where you live. Keep your sign-in methods secure, provide accurate account information, and notify support if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your plans remain yours
You retain ownership of tasks, events, notes, calendar metadata, profile images, and attachments you submit. You grant Yakoru AB the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, back up, transmit, and display that content so YakoPlan can provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the right to submit and share your content.
Shared workspaces and public links
Workspace owners control membership, roles, calendars, invitations, and public share links. People with edit permission can change shared content. Treat public links as accessible to anyone who receives them until they expire or are revoked. Ownership transfer and member removal may affect who can retain or delete shared records.
Acceptable use
Do not use YakoPlan to break the law, harm others, distribute malware, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, automate abusive traffic, or store content you have no right to process. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.
Connected services
Configured Google, Microsoft, Apple, Supabase, notification, email, and hosting services have their own terms. Their availability can change independently. Disconnecting a calendar integration stops future synchronization but does not automatically remove planner copies you intentionally imported. External reminder delivery operates only when the corresponding production adapters, credentials, permissions, and account settings are configured.
Service reliability
YakoPlan is designed for durable offline work and idempotent synchronization, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability. Keep exports appropriate to the importance of your data. We may perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, compatibility, or legal compliance.
Account suspension and deletion
You may request deletion through Settings in the web, iOS, or Android app. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal obligations, or material breach. Deletion rules for shared records, sessions, integrations, and the queued cleanup process are explained on the account-deletion page.
Changes and questions
Material changes will be presented with a new effective date. Continue only after reviewing changes that require renewed agreement. For questions, use the support page.
