YakoPlan

YakoPlan brings your week into focus

YakoPlan is a task planner with notes. Organize your days, track deadlines and keep ideas close to your plans. See what belongs in the week, give fixed appointments a time, and leave other tasks untimed. Open the planner in your browser and start without an account; sign in when you need account features such as sharing.

Tasks with a day, without a time slot

Add a task directly to a day in the week. A scheduled date means when you plan to work; a deadline means when the work must be finished. Moving the task to another day keeps its deadline separate, so your plan can change without hiding the commitment.

Events and optional time blocking

Place fixed appointments beside your to-do list. Add a time or a focused work block when it helps, without assigning an hour to every task. Use Week, Month or Timeline to move between the week's tasks, the wider calendar and your schedule over time.

Notes beside the day they belong to

Keep meeting context, ideas and a short daily review close to your plans. Day notes give those details a home without turning every sentence into a task. Local notes stay on this device; account notes can synchronize across devices when you sign in.

Planning through a lost connection

Local plans save in your browser. Open YakoPlan online first and allow the app to finish loading before relying on offline access. Account planning keeps recently opened dates on the device and saves supported offline edits until you reconnect. It shows unavailable dates and conflicting changes so newer work is not silently replaced.

Shared calendars with explicit access

Sign in to invite people to a shared calendar as viewers, editors or administrators. Free includes one shared calendar in total, owned or joined. Read-only public links are free, can expire or be revoked, and do not use a shared-calendar slot. Sending administrator invitations requires your own Premium plan. Calendar permissions apply. Your local-only calendars are never shared automatically.

Recurring plans and useful exports

For repeating tasks and events, edit one occurrence, this and future occurrences, or the whole series. Export a selected date range as iCalendar, CSV or JSON from Settings: choose Data & account when signed in, or Plans on this device for local planning. Exports exclude attachments and are not a complete account archive.
